It would take some time in a bureaucracy for the info to get where it needed to be, and a decision to be made. Two days isn't unreasonable. The first 24 hours was going to be consumed with dealing with the crash and the fact that SDF shut down... doing the NTSB's and FAA's jobs for them was low on the list of priorities initially. How long did it take them to even go looking for video? Might not have happened until the NTSB asked for it. I'm not a management fan boy, but they responded quickly under the circumstances.
