Edit - I see you said the day prior WAS NOT a non-fly day, so 23.S.5.d.2.b wouldn’t apply. My bad.

I’m not saying this is what happened here, but I wanted to make sure you (and anyone else reading this) are aware of PWA 23.S.5.d.2.b. CS can legally assign you a SC, beginning 10-18 hours after a non-fly day, without notifying you, so long as they put it on your schedule NLT 12 hours before the end of the non fly day. You are “responsible for ascertaining” whether you’ve been converted under 23.S.5.d.2.b.
