I'm a 2nd career pilot, have been a cadet with RPA for a while, built most of my time at a 135 with plenty of turbine time and TPIC, yet still got the "we've decided to move forward with other candidates whose experience more closely aligns with our needs" email. No checkride failures, accidents, incidents, etc. Clean PRD. Not sure what I could have done better or different. Anyone have any advice as I moce forward?
