Not even close, plenty of much junior pilots getting 23M7 depending on the category. Go take a look at some of the categories and see where the names sit, I think you'd be surprised to see some more junior pilots getting it. Remember that the WS 23m7 applies to the PU limit, so guys will hit that and only be available for GS 23m7.





Broken up or open time trips, not necessarily just bid packet trips (pretty rare really). Most of the snipers on this don't hope, they know before they even pick it up. Elementary knowledge of the contract and they're pretty easy to spot. But this is why you'll see trips with ridiculous two leg DH through some weird place. MSP - IMT - DTW is a new favorite.





Ya, it's feast or famine for this...hope isn't a strategy. Frankly, working 20 days a month isn't a great one either, that's a lot of time away, but it works for some. I don't even want to fly 12 days/month, I'm tired just thinking about it lol.
