NSLI program should sunset. Not necessarily fire current NSLIs but no new NSLI hiring and current ones should not be allowed to change fleets.

- while the program winds down NSLIs should be limited to -100/200 series only, 300 and 400s should be SLIs.

- any seat fill should have to be current/qualified in that seat. ( CA SLIs have to be CA seat fill)

-FO SLIs should have to be current FOs on that fleet. You should leave the training department to upgrade.

-CA SLIs should have to be CAs on that fleet with the required PIC time in that fleet (exceptions for new fleets)

-PCPs should be CA SLIs.
