I got an email with a link to the Candidate Hub and instructions to update my hours. It doesn't sound like it is the same email for LORs, references, and questionnaire as others have gotten. Did this go out to everyone still in the candidate pool? Anyone have insight if this is a good sign, or is Southwest simply moving to a process like other airlines for all applicants where you have a standing application and just update your hours periodically?
