We have 3 787s assembled sitting on the ramp painted. Two of them are in flight tests. A 4th plane is currently on the assembly line. There are no reported delays for production. The only thing I've heard is the Polaris Suite configuration isn't going to be installed until March or April so either we take the planes with the current configuration or let them sit there in CHS and wait for the new configuration. Not sure why we would do that but there are no "production" issues on the 787 line per se.
The biggest constraint the 787s have are seat suppliers, not 787 aircraft production. Both Lufthansa and American have been having substantial delays this year because of their seat suppliers.
