Less than impressive? Compared to the MAX? Let me know when the MAX carries 200 passengers as a domestic hauler, or will be the premium transcon aircraft starting next year since the Max 10 is still no where to be found (the leased CFM 321’s seat map with lie flat was just loaded in the FA FOM), or will replace the 757 to Europe. Sounds impressive enough to me.
The 6 NEO’s affected will have the software update and be back to flying in short order. Is it an issue? For sure, but not a catastrophic issue. And one that apparently is fixed rather easily.
