FWIW, BOS paid move window has officially expired, as of yesterday. 1 Jan 25 was the first conversion. 6.A.3 says: "converts into a position at a new or re-established base within 12 months of the first pilot conversion at such".
It's still my #1 guess for the next one and was my #1 guess even before the BOS330. See how wrong I can be. That should provide comfort for some.
