Do you or will you live in an attainable base? Can you "move" to SJU for a bit? If it's no to neither I wouldn't plan on crediting much more than min guarantee first year, or at least most of it. Commuting to 18 days of reserve doesn't leave much extra time to pick up. If you really had to you could probably get a day or two extra a month.
