They did that, started paying like 85(?) hours for voluntary SC lines. I don't troll OT personally, but I'd assume they bump uncovered trips to premium somewhere inside 14 hours. But if a large % of the base is distant commuters, that only goes so far.

Some of this apparently is just fallout from the new contract, unintended consequences (for both parties).
