No one knows, it’s better than a regional FO in straight comparison. What you can do is diversify if upgrade is beyond your seniority which it probably is at JB. Union stuff, recruiting, mentoring, office work , whatever
you can that doesn’t rock your family life is with pursuing. Hours are hours, everyone’s go em, and you being at JB shows you can pass mainline training on a mainline aircraft, which is part of what they care about hours for. Put your best face forward, there are many people here that got hired with that time both in last few years and 35 years ago, yes what’s competitive changes but a good attitude and perseverance is always in demand.
