Bidding question - reserve during CQ month. How are CQ days treated when using a bid on/off pattern? I understand it's often advantageous to bid reserve contiguous with CQ. Any recommended logic on how to get the reserve days placed next to CQ other than using preferring days off on the other days of the month? 30/168 considerations?
