What is the incentive for AS mgt to keep the AZ flying by taking 100% of the liability of employing pilot crews, zero ownership of the fleet involved, and barely making any money? Seems like it would be extremely expensive if we grew it to 20-30 planes, only one day to have Amazon cancel it. AS owns the pilots and no planes. Sounds like a horrible investment going forward with too much liability versus payoff.
