The OOBWS acknowledgment rate is minuscule. It slows coverage, forcing the company to go to IA (and soon QS), without meaningfully increasing the number of trips that the company is able to cover at straight pay rather than premium pay.
Put GS above OOBWS, and the company will be able to cover more trips at 2x pay rather than 3x pay for a QS + M7.
If it was a win 5 years ago, it's a win today. Just because it's worth more now doesn't mean it's not a win and nothing says it has to be the only thing extracted. I'd rather it be covered by GS than QS. M7 is great and all, but what % of the group is actually getting M7? A win for them doesn't always mean an overall loss for us.
