Work days vary by month, usually have around 15 days off or so sometimes more sometimes less. Too lazy to look exactly. Reserve gives me a good amount of my time back at home but I don’t count as a day off. I’m not a huge hustler but play the game more than your average guy probably. I did ~1630 TFP for the year so average about 135 a month. I believe company average TFP per month is around 112… so above average but nowhere close to the real gamers. Don’t have the seniority for it. I made out really well over the summer with the double time feast and had unusually good luck on my reserve blocks with override pay. I feel my time at work is balanced… sometimes I work hard for it, but overall I get plenty of rest and time off and don’t feel burnt out or salty like some people do.
