It needs to be voted on and passed by both MECs. It then goes to the whole pilot group for a single vote. In my opinion, the Hawaiian pilots are relying heavily on our MEC to not screw this up because once it goes to a vote the Alaska side greatly outnumbers the Hawaiian side.
