My details don’t matter, cause there was a wide range of time and qualifications at the interview. Also read my post a few back where it was mostly military and regional captains. Those things are not going to get you the job. It’s the large volunteer section on my resume that they care about. Community involvement and cultural fit is what will get you the job.
If you are absolutely bent on needing numbers, I have shy of 1,800 total, 1,500 turbine, former military and at a regional currently. There were guys with over 8,000 hours there that didn’t get the job. Again, I emphasize, the numbers will not get you the job, or even an interview. This isn’t UA, DL, or AA where you hit a “magic number” and you get a call.
