I'll double down on what Rocky said. I have similar numbers as them(except don't even have the 121 time). My interview experience was the exact same and I left with a very similar impression - culture fit over pure stats. And that didn't turn me off to AS or make me think their CJO pool is any less qualified. Being a competent pilot is the baseline and as an industry we often use hard numbers to define that, so it's easy to default to thinking that way. But it seems like they're also focused on finding someone with the ability to deliver solid customer service and be a team player, which is harder to quantify. If you're the right person for the job, you'll be alright. And hopefully that takes some pressure off. Just my three cents.
