It is unclear from the website, but are Part 61 students allowed to join the Envoy cadet program? Or do you have to be a student at one of the 141 partner schools? I got my PPL part 141 at one of the partner schools long ago, but have since gotten the rest of my ratings Part 61. I’m a second career guy.
