That part I understand, but 25-05 solves many of the issues causing division once implemented.
Management thrives on pilots being divided. They may even stand a chance of winning significant PWA concessions / taking more money out of pilots’ pockets if they succeed in dividing us. Having some patience will go a long way for everyone here.
