I would support auto accept going away. This is not me or anyone for that matter saying it should be for free. For all the people saying that if we didn't want it to give it away, what would we accept or propose, THAT is the definition of negotiating in public. I expect my union, the ones with a very impressive E&FA team to determine how much this is costing the company and come with with a solution valued at that plus a convenience charge.
