The fact they only gave them $50m and the other $50m is tied to requirements does not bode well for confidence. Any time you pay "half now, half later" it's because you have doubt about the job getting done.
Not sure how ceasing before or after Christmas would give anyone calling the shots two poops.
I agree on the $50 mil. I was supposed to be $100 mil. They moved the goal post.
