All that being said, the $/unit of effort at captain pay makes downgrading a tough pill to swallow unless you are being forced into the most heinous of Sully-esque commutes.
I’m pretty content with the work to pay ratio of my FO job. If upgrade improves it that much then I’m certainly looking forward to it!
