FO money can be close to junior captain money…but sick pay paid at captain wages is better! I’d rather be out on LTD at left seat rates.
I only like to work 8-10 days a month. As a cpt i make 10k more a month then as an FO. I have no desire to hustle as an FO to make cpt money.
sure an FO can do it if the comparable Cpt is me but a hustling cot can't be beat.
