exactly..it’s a feel good provision to make the pilot group feel like they didn’t just get completely bent over the barrel.

now, if I were a Spirit pilot, If this merger rumor becomes reality, I would be VERY interested in when the current merger talks started. If they started prior to this concession package being presented to the pilot group…..well.
