Theres a few retired 121 guys. DO is 121 former furloughed regional guy. Growth has a bit surpassed quality issues though and you can see that. Been here a few years now and quality has definitley gone down in that regard. Dispatchers are FAA certified but crew schedulers dont understand legalities and push off and on. Not really on purpose but more of a not knowing issue, management in general fixes these problems.
MX has been a huge issue with the CJ4 fleet however, a few planes have had a steady stream of similar issues since we got them, enough so that they are constantly written up for the same things over and over. In the past few months we have definitley lost the original pilot group. 6-7 pilots leaving which is about 20% of seniority here. Pay just hasnt caught up and scheduling is changing from what originally advertised. With the airlines picking up hiring the quality of canidates has shifted a bit as well, more training issue guys coming on as well as some other things. Overall I would still say its a safe operation just not exactly run the best it could be. Also the new bases are not properly staffed and that leads to a lot of "covering" flights and schedulign and dispatch jsut trying to make things work. Hotels are in general good, but recently there has been an uptick in some lower quality places and locations, hoping this is jsut temporary.

Managment ane pilot relationship is starting to trend towares the more toxic end with some comments made at the top of the chain recently, I would counter the previous poster who said a pay raise is on the horizon, according to some in managment its right where it needs to be, and I would be really surprised if the increase was more than a small cost of living type deal. Upgrade times are the other thing, high times for FO's who have been there for awhile but insatnt hire for guys coming in with multiple training issues, not a great situation. With regionals hiring again we may have to make it more attractive but I dont see the raise being anything substantial. Other than that its a safe place, new planes ( albeit with their own issues) and we do have a lot of applicants on file ( they may have gone elsewhere with the hiring wave though). I suspect mins will decrease as the Regionals start to run their way through the pool.
