I still contend Delta needs to keep Jetblue around, in some capacity, so that United can’t sweep in but as Jetblue continues to shoot itself in the foot there is only so much they can do. A Ch.11 filling would end any association with United but Kirby stated he wanted the association largely due to Paisly which is wholly owned by Jetblue. Live TV was sold by Jetblue for close to $400 million to raise revenue while maintaining the partnership. There is no reason Jetblue wont sell Paisly as well.
