Its NOT your company, its the shareholders company. They own it, you work for them and thats it. If they want a M&A that benefits themselves, then they will do it. Same as every other industry. The airline industry has had M&A for decades and we will see more M&A in the future. You are just along for the ride and work for them. This is what you signed up for as an "employee". If you dont like it, you can gladly quit and go start a company or business and then you can be in charge. Pilots are along for the ride!
