As a Mesaba pilot, I'm curious about the Skywest purchase of ASA. I haven't followed much of it, other than the press announcements. Will Skywest eventually absorb ASA and become one company? If so, how will pilot seniority pan out? Will ASA folks get the shaft end of the deal merging with a non-ALPA list? How is the ASA MEC handling this, on top of negotiating a new contract?
