What percentage of 717 lines have layovers? Being a 717 pilot at Hawaiian was probably the best airline pilot job in the world if you're a family man. It really sucks that Southwest forced you to have overnights on neighbor islands, so it totally makes sense why it'd go stupid junior now.
It’s roughly a 60/40 split with 40% being 2 day trips. You’re still home every day, but it’s not as great as it used to be.
