The stagnation of the lost decade, more bankruptcies, more furloughs, not to mention the high probability in this profession of a divorce or two sapping funds…… since 2015 things have been improving with very few setbacks. If you’ve got less than 10 years in the industry, you don’t know what you’re talking about. Hearing it, reading about it, are all far different than having lived it.
