I agree, but I think they're operating on the ASSumption that everything will be better going forward. Due to SEA ecosystem there are strong gravitational forces pulling them in that direction.

There is reasonable hope that Ortberg can eventually un-eff it all. But I also think our current regime won't tolerate further major shenanigans from Boeing. Of course even if they commit to dual fleet today, it would be years before they start taking deliveries.
