Stop whining you [mod edit]. I’ve been through everything you have mentioned , including a loss of medical and will be ok. Some of us have relatives that were Pan Am, Eastern, Braniff, full time strikers at CAL and they all somehow have survived and had a decent life in retirement and somehow had/have money to pass on to their children. The stagnation of the lost decade, more bankruptcies, more furloughs, not to mention the high probability in this profession of a divorce or two sapping funds…… since 2015 things have been improving with very few setbacks. If you’ve got less than 10 years in the industry, you don’t know what you’re talking about. Hearing it, reading about it, are all far different than having lived it.
