This practice destroys coverage and negatively impacts the quality of life for everyone. If 80% of the month was blue, even middle-of-the-road senority could adjust their schedules more freely. This would allow senior pilots who drop their "good trips" to leave opportunities for junior pilots to pick up and or swap. With adequate staffing, there would be more blue opportunities for everyone.

JAN 3rd is the only non blue day next month after a few PCS cycles. Some have 3-4X required RES up there. The only black day, is 20 REQ/20 AVAIL
