I don't see how hiring more magically fixes this issue with the way things currently work. The first PCS run will just have a some more blue and a few more super senior guys will be able to drop their whole schedules. Great, now we're back to all black days by the noon PCS run. Just spoke to a captain that's numero uno on his fleet. He drops his schedule and puts slips in for 23m. Only flies greenies with a beach layover. That's the strategy of the top dawgs, bringing black days for all
