Depends on what we call junior.
Ballpark 50% on my category is mid 5000's. In the first week the majority of the IA's went to guys in the 50-80% range. Only 1 or 2 went senior to 5,000, but more GS were being awarded than IAs and those went very senior, of course. A handful went VERY junior. By the end of the first week they started trending much more senior. Most IAs are still going to sub 5 digit seniority pilots. Junior in the sense that they're far from the halfway line, but far from the plug. More like "the zone of suck".
