So they are exercising their seniority as we are all able too. If they didn't drop, then the next pilot junior would. The problem is not pilots doing what they want with their own seniority, it's the company
CHOOSING to use 23M7 and creating the resultant landscape. Why are we intent on firing inside the circle? Understaffing is also a huge part of this, which again is on the company, not pilots.
