Well we can't say for sure, but what's more valuable? Seniority at JB or at DL? If you're in your 50s with many years of service at B6, that person probably won't be going anywhere. If you're in your 30s or even early/mid 40s? That's a different story I would think. It takes 10 years to even upgrade at JB these days, and then you'll be junior forever. There's next to no movement except for minimal retirements here, while DL you'd still be progressing up the ladder as people leave above you AND get hired below you. End of the day, DL is a more secure job than B6, and for some losing their B6 seniority to be junior at a theoretical DL NB BOS base would be worth the jump.
