I fly with guys that have been doing it for 25+ years. Some of them should have retired years ago… some of them look like they’re still 45. There are some that could be literal poster children for the argument to extending retirement age. (Not advocating it, just saying that if I were they’d be the ones I studied). Life style and genetics are a huge factor. Just because it does t work for you, doesn’t mean it doesn’t work for everyone.
