We just gave away a picket that WE took off for and planned. Now we have no picket and we also lost meetings for mediation. But yeah, I guess it is just status quo with no plans to organize more pickets until we hear from JD, which THEN we can plan another picket 3 months from then.
IMO a picket right before spring break is much more effective than a picket in the middle of winter.
