Leverage is only real leverage when it is mostly one sided. I really thing you are overestimating what you think we have.
But I do talk to my reps, a lot, about my concerns. We know you don’t. So there is that.
I don't call my reps for every little thing, correct. It is not realistic for 17,000+ pilots to personally call and speak to a rep let alone multiple reps with different takes. It is not a company only problem and I acknowledged that. In fact, it's my problem as a category that is now more IA than GS for premium. And no I don't get 23M7 or IAs and significantly fewer GS calls. I was able to be choosy now I just take any GS if/when it comes. I actually did the math on the leverage and came up with $92M per year and was sceptical of the amount until I saw the mass expansion of 23M7 that is the current source of frustration. It's now double or triple that.
