nobody loses anything this time. You get the extra 2 years too if you choose.
this generation went from flight school to legacy CA in under 5 years in some cases while these guys that suffered through multiple bankruptcies, bankruptcy contracts, the lost decade and over 16-20 years in the right seat are finally getting a decent life, and the impatient new kids who made captain at a legacy from zero to hero in 5-7 years want them gone,
okay to fly, then 1 day older and suddenly you’re unemployed, if that’s not age discrimination then what is?
