What point are you trying to make? I’ve never said that management intentionally gave us leverage. They accidentally gave us leverage by cramming ARCOS down our throats, agreeing to new language that included batch sizes, auto-accept, and auto-ack, and then subsequently launching an attack against batch sizes.
That this isn't some masterful move by the company going into Section 6 like you claim it to be
