They knew there was a retirement age before they got hired. It’s like those people who complain about airplane noise when the neighborhood was built after the airport.
Fortunately, law is based on what is written and past precedent and
federal courts have consistently ruled the policy is a "bona fide occupational qualification" and does not violate the ADEA.
