With SKW non-union I do not believe that the SKW pilots could force a merger with ASA against management's will. I think we would have to vote in a union first. Management could force a merger if they wanted to, but a union vote would follow, and would pass.
I understand what you are saying, but there are ASA tail numbers being flown by SKW... Isn't this kinda a whipsaw?
This has been said time and time agian, but ALPA is only as good as your local MEC.
