The harsh reality is we are being run by an investment group not a company that is trying to make our shareholders profits. They are happily doing everything to keep us so far behind it’s pathetic. Just look at how our mediation has gone and the cancellation of the picket. Same old story different day.

If you’re too old to leave I get it. If you’re not and you’re staying, well I wish you all the best. Genuinely hope that this group can get exactly where or damn near close to everyone else because being at the bottom hurts everyone else trying to find the ceiling.
We were not that far behind last contract, we won't be that far behind on this one either, ideally, close to equal. Our union is playing ball, its how it goes, it is what is required. But by day 30, if there is no picket lined up and no answer from our new interim CEO, then we can get the pitchforks.

I never want to see anyone who picked up premium for less than double the INC hours *****ing about our contract. Even some union guys were doing it.

5hr turn for 5 or 6hrs premium.... meanwhile when they were desperate, it was 20-24hrs for a 5hr turn and then the flight cancelled if no one took it.

Same 10 or 15 people flying around the system to help out the company for min credit premium trips when they could be making that same money with no effort and a 75hr awarded schedule.
