I agree, but I also think there’s a bit of FOMO going on in some bases especially ORD where I am at. It’s amazing how people change their bidding thoughts when the opportunities decrease. It’s still a time of unprecedented movement , ride the wave with a smile!
the FOs I fly with are pretty Senior….there isn’t any FOMO it’s more about the seniority now makes sense. They are happy the junior pilots got in.
