No one is arguing low seniority on a list is an indicator of inexperience. But damn dude, if people are telling this pilot he is unsafe, I doubt that has anything to do with having a low seniority number. If other pilots are concerned with the safety of their flying and they’re not understanding this is a problem maybe it’s time for pro standards.
