We’re not unique in offering RSA/VDA to cover the occasional IROP or winter storm. Imagine how much more money we’d lose if we hired for 1% of operations. It sucks for potential hires and it’s great for people that don’t want to fly but it’s just how it is at the moment. Maybe something changes in the next year. Honestly who knows.
